Welcome to 9Library Management Systems ("Company", "we", "our", "us"). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the 9Library Admin Panel (the "Service" or "Software"), a comprehensive SaaS (Software as a Service) platform designed exclusively for Library Owners and Administrators to manage their study libraries.
By registering, subscribing, or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our Service.

Note: We continuously evolve. We reserve the right to add, modify, or remove features at our sole discretion to improve the overall software ecosystem. In the event of any major feature modifications or removals, we will provide a reasonable notice of at least 4 to 5 days in advance via in-app notification or email.
3.1 Billing Cycle: The Service is billed on a pre-paid, non-recurring basis (1-Month Pass). The monthly price depends on your library seat capacity and is shown to you before you pay. Introductory prices may change as described below. There is no automatic auto-renewal. Users may stack multiple 1-Month passes up to a strict maximum limit of 6 months (approx. 180 days) in advance. Your workspace will remain fully active for the duration of the accumulated passes, after which it will downgrade to "Read-Only" mode until a new pass is purchased.
3.2 Modifications to Pricing & Plans: We reserve the right to modify our subscription plans, pricing, promotional offers, and features at any time. Price changes will be notified in advance and will apply to your next manual purchase or renewal, and will not affect your currently active pre-paid period.
3.3 Payment Method: Subscription payments are currently accepted by direct UPI or bank transfer to our official business account. You can pay through a UPI app opened from within the Service, or pay separately and submit the UTR (transaction reference) number. Where you submit a UTR, we verify the payment before renewing your pass, so renewal may take some time. We do not store your credit card or net banking details on our servers.
3.4 Authorized Sales Channels: We DO NOT sell our subscriptions through any third-party applications, agents, resellers, or external websites. The only official and authorized platform to purchase or renew your 9Library Admin subscription is directly through this official website/dashboard. We are not liable for any financial loss or scams resulting from payments made to unauthorized third-party sellers.

The Software, its original code, UI/UX design, algorithms, and branding are the exclusive intellectual property of 9Library Management Systems. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software for your internal business operations during your active subscription period.
6.1 "AS IS" Basis: The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive for maximum uptime, we do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely secure from targeted cyber-attacks.
6.2 Software as a Management Tool: 9Library is strictly a utility and management tool. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy in financial ledgers, tax calculations, attendance logs, or seat matrix data. It is the sole responsibility of the Library Admin to verify all data and calculations generated by the Software.
6.3 No Liability for Miscalculations & Errors: In no event shall 9Library Management Systems be held legally or financially liable for any software bugs, calculation errors (miscalculations), human errors in data entry, loss of data, loss of revenue, or business interruption arising out of the use or inability to use the Software. Nothing in these Terms excludes any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
6.4 Maximum Liability Cap: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the total aggregate liability of 9Library Management Systems and its sole proprietor for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Software shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the subscription in the one (1) month immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
6.5 Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 9Library Management Systems from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from: (a) your use of the Software; (b) your violation of any term of these Terms; or (c) your violation of any third-party right, including any student privacy, data protection, or copyright infringement claims.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms, fail to pay subscription dues, or engage in fraudulent activities. Upon termination, your Read/Write access will be revoked, and data is retained for a 90-day grace period and then permanently deleted, as described in our Privacy Policy.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Jammu and Kashmir, India.
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, internet outages, government-mandated network shutdowns, or third-party cloud server failures.
